Electronic Systems Achieves Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Authorized Technology Provider - Monday, March 22, 2010

Virginia Beach, VA – March 22, 2010 – Electronic Systems, Inc. (ESI) announced today that the company had met the criteria necessary to earn the distinction of Cisco Data Center Unified Computing Authorized Technology Provider. This designation means that Electronic Systems has met rigorous certified personnel standards and demonstrated its ability to successfully design, sell, install, and support Cisco's Data Center Unified Computing System technology and products.

Cisco offers Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) programs for a variety of emerging technologies, but participation in these programs is reserved for qualified partner companies. The Data Center Unified Computing program focuses on Cisco's Unified Computing System, a next-generation data platform that unites Cisco's B-series blade servers with a high-quality Ethernet unified network fabric to create scalable, flexible data center solutions. The product is geared toward virtualization, consolidation, and reduction of operational costs.

“We chose to pursue ATP in Unified Computing Systems because we felt that it complemented our current data center practice,” said Kurt Schmelz, President of Electronic Systems' Information Solutions Group and Mailing Group. “This recognition is an outstanding achievement, and our participation in the program has added cutting-edge computing technology to our data center offerings. We will continue working with the Cisco account management team to bring valuable technology solutions to our mutual customers.”

Electronic Systems' achievement will be noted in Cisco's partner listings until December 17, 2010, when the company must renew its qualifications for the program.
