Kurt Schmelz and Anthony Lane to Preside Over Electronic Systems - Dan Cooper Transfers Responsibilities to New Leadership Team - Monday, February 15, 2010

Virginia Beach, Virginia – February 15, 2010 - Electronic Systems, Inc. (ESI) announced today that Dan Cooper will officially hand over the reins of ESI and accept a promotion to a senior executive role with Global Imaging Systems, ESI's parent company, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox.

Dan Cooper, who previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer of ESI, will transfer his responsibilities to the company's co-presidents, Kurt Schmelz and Anthony Lane. Cooper will assume the role of Executive Vice President, Field Operations for Global Imaging Systems, which is based in Tampa, Florida.

“Kurt and Anthony share the same passion for service to our customers, and a strong commitment to our employees, which makes them the ideal team to lead this company,” said Dan Cooper, former CEO of Electronic Systems Group, and current Executive Vice President, Field Operations for Global Imaging Systems. “They have both been instrumental in ESI's historic growth, and I have tremendous confidence in their ability to continue the company's development.”

In their roles as co-presidents, Schmelz and Lane will divide responsibilities by division. In his position as President, Information Solutions Group and Mailing Group, Kurt Schmelz oversees information technology sales, professional services, and technical services, for all ESI locations, and will focus on growth in new markets As President, Print Technology Group and Printer Service and Supply Group, Anthony Lane has full responsibility for the strategic direction and management of the company's copier and managed print services business, as well as printer service and supply sales throughout Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. Schmelz and Lane will share responsibility for ESI's operational and support functions. Mike Hoover, President of TML Copiers in Manassas, Virginia (part of the Electronic Systems Group) will continue to lead TML.

In his new position with Global Imaging, Cooper will be responsible for driving key initiatives to achieve growth and sales profitability by focusing on sales, service, operations, and the sharing of best practices among the company's 26 core companies.

Dan Cooper joined ESI in 1998 and assumed leadership in 2000 from the company's founder, Bill Kamarek, who started the company thirty years ago. Prior to joining ESI, Cooper spent ten years with Danka industries, where he last served as Regional General Manager and was responsible for sales, operations, and customer support. From 1998 to 2000, he was Vice

President and General Manager for ESI, and was promoted to President of the company in 2000. In 2005, he was promoted to CEO of ESI and Senior Vice President of Sales for Global Imaging Systems.

In addition to Schmelz and Lane, ESI's senior leadership team will also include, Bob Smith, Chief Financial Officer, and Barbara Wielicki, Vice President of Human Resources.
